This major release includes new features:

RHEL 9.4 Server support Providing the option to use large NIDs (LU-10391<https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-10391>)

IPv6 Support Providing the option to use large NIDs (LU-10391<https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-10391>)

Optimized Directory Traversal Improved Speed/Efficiency for large directories/trees  (LU-15975<https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-15975>)

Olaf passed away suddenly earlier this year and is much-missed by those of us who had the pleasure of working with him.
