[lustre-devel] Autotest is now up and running

The autotest systems have been moved and re-enabled and are now
running tests on patches in Gerrit. 

Patches that were submitted while autotest was in transit should start
testing automatically, but if not they can be rebased or be resubmitted
to the builders. 

Thanks go to Minh, Charlie, and Lee for working hard to get the systems
up and running.
