[lustre-devel] [PATCH 21/26] lustre: second batch to cleanup white spaces in internal headers

The internal headers are very messy and difficult to read. Remove
excess white space and properly align data structures so they are
easy on the eyes. This is the second batch since it covers many
lines of changes.
