[lustre-devel] Lustre 2.12.5 released

We are pleased to announce that the Lustre 2.12.5 Release has been declared GA and is available for download<https://downloads.whamcloud.com/public/lustre/lustre-2.12.5/>. You can also grab the source from git <https://git.whamcloud.com/?p=fs/lustre-release.git;a=commit;h=78d712a21973ef1f4b4f8e37f54fd2e293345c58> .

There are the following notable enhancements over 2.12.4:

RHEL 7.8 is now supported for servers and clients  (LU-13566<https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-13566>) .
RHEL 8.2 is now supported for clients  (LU-13488<https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-13488>) .
SLES12 SP5 is now supported for clients  (LU-13111<https://jira.whamcloud.com/browse/LU-13111>) .
