[lustre-devel] Git server down?

Some extra security was recently added and it seems to have cause issues for a couple of people. Others impacted have found switching to use the github mirror - https://github.com/lustre/lustre-release - was a simple way to sidestep problems.

I cannot access the git server:

# git clone -b master git://git.whamcloud.com/fs/lustre-release.git<http://git.whamcloud.com/fs/lustre-release.git> lustre-master
