[lustre-devel] [PATCH 1/2] lustre: refresh FSF licences

My policy is that it is up to the copyright holders to update their copyrights, so HPE should submit changes to the Oracle/Seagate/Xyratex messages, if they are so inclined. 

However, it isn't clear if there was copyright transfer of the code between all of these companies, since it is open source and the assignment is not strictly necessary.
