[Lustre-discuss] kernal panic on obdfilter-survey

Hi All

 

I have Lustre setup in ESX Sever 3.5.0 as a Host with 3 CentOS with the
following kernel

 

# uname -a

Linux oss.sun.com 2.6.9-67.0.7.EL_lustre.1.6.5.1smp #1 SMP Wed Jun 18
19:11:19 EDT 2008 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

Confing as under

 

1 MDS and MGS on same node

 

2 two ost on oss

 

  [root at oss ~]# lctl dl

  0 UP mgc MGC192.168.30.1 at tcp 0ff04d3c-c028-bf8c-171f-4cf0d64132d8 5

  1 UP ost OSS OSS_uuid 3

  2 UP obdfilter lustre-OST0000 lustre-OST0000_UUID 7

  3 UP obdfilter lustre-OST0001 lustre-OST0001_UUID 7

  2 UP obdfilter lustre-OST0000 lustre-OST0000_UUID 7

  3 UP obdfilter lustre-OST0001 lustre-OST0001_UUID 7

 

When I try any of the following commands the kernel panics

 

[root at oss ~]# nobjhi=2 thrhi=2 size=1024 case=disk sh obdfilter-survey

 

OR

Just 

[root at oss ~]# obdfilter-survey

 

 

Please help
