You can always find the issues with a given release by following it's
successive release tracker.  In this case, to see issues that have been
identified with release 1.6.6 you would want to follow the 1.6.7
tracker.  That can be found in bugzilla with the bug alias
"167-tracking" which turns out to be bug number 16626.
