The lustre quota files are now 64bit (the format conversion will be handled
transparently in 1.4.12/1.6.5). Unfortunately, the linux kernel does not support
quotas > 4TB. As a consequence, quota limits > 4TB work only with OSTs smaller
than 4TB for now. A kernel patch is under development in bug 13904.
