-19 = -ENODEV (from /usr/include/asm/errno.h)

That means the client tried to connect to the server, but it wasn't
exporting the lustre service the client was looking for.  Maybe it is
shut down, still starting up, failed over to another server node (if
you have failover configured) or your configuration is wrong.
