Andrew,

You'd want 'tunefs.lustre'. It comes with the e2fsprogs RPM that includes mkfs.lustre.

Check the manual, there is usage reference in there. No reformat required, but you do have to shut down the file system to tweak the LNET attributes.

Is it possible to reconfigure the IP addresses of OSS/MGS once a cluster is up and running or is a re-format required?  Seems like there should be configuration data some places, but I don't know where..
