[Lustre-discuss] rquota release 2.0

Incidentally I put the latest release of the Livermore quota clients
up on sourceforge here: 

  http://rquota.sourceforge.net/

Basically it's quota and repquota for NFS and Lustre only.  There is
no "local" file system support.

A tip of the hat to Nicholas Cardo of LBNL who described LBNL's quota
tool at the 2008 LUG, and got me thinking I should add Lustre support
to our client.

Any feedback welcome.
