Yes, those look to be the _unpatched_ rhel RPMs.

Try under Platform "Source" (rather than RedHat/x86_64) this package:

    Lustre-patched kernel source (installable RPM)
kernel-lustre-2.6.18-128.1.14.el5_lustre.1.8.1.src.rpm
