It's obviously not clear from the above cat which each of those values
is for.  Substituting "grep .*" for cat usually solves that.

In any case, I don't see anything in those numbers that indicates
anything other than a "stripe_count" of 1 policy.

Have you read Chapter 25 of the Operations Manual?  It covers striping
pretty well.
