If you are getting errors on 2 sequential runs of e2fsck (don't even  
bother
with mdsdb/ostdb/lfsck yet) it has nothing to do with Lustre, but is  
either
bad disks/controllers/cables/cache that is corrupting your  
filesystem.  You
need to fix the underlying storage problem first.
