Hi guys, I'm running centos5.2 and trying to get lustre 1.6.6 to run but I
get this error when creating mdt/mgs:

# mkfs.lustre --fsname=lustre --mdt --mgs /dev/cciss/c0d1
   Permanent disk data:
Target:     lustre-MDTffff

mkfs_cmd = mkfs.ext2 -j -b 4096 -L lustre-MDTffff  -J size=400 -i 4096 -I

mkfs.lustre: Unable to mount /dev/cciss/c0d1: Cannot allocate memory
mkfs.lustre FATAL: failed to write local files
mkfs.lustre: exiting with 12 (Cannot allocate memory)
I saw some discussion about this same problem and it was suggested to modify
the ldiskfs code. I can't go with 1.8.2 or CentOS5.4. Can anyone help with
this?
