Dpkg -I was from MS autocorrect.  The actual command was "dpkg -i"

Can you give us the output of "uname -a" please?

Can you also give us the filenames of all of the debs that you have?

"dpkg -I" gives information about a package.  You need to install with "dpkg -i".
