[Lustre-discuss] Upgrading from 1.8.5 to 2.1.2

Hey,

not sure if this is the right spot to ask, or if I should ask at the
Whamcloud mailinglist.

We want to upgrade to Lustre 2.1.2. We installed the new kernel and
tools on clients and servers. Is there anything that we have to do on
the server side to upgrade the filesysem (eg, MDT object index) or is
this done automatically?
