errno 16 is EBUSY (device or resource busy) and errno 114 is EALREADY (Operation already in progress).

I cannot find the meaning of error codes -144 and -16.
Can anybody advise on what generates those errors?

A quick description of the configuration:
the lustre version is 1.8.2.
the system is made up by one MDS host and seven OSS hosts.
lnet is over 10Ge.
