[Lustre-discuss] "cannot send after transport endpoint shutdown"

*Dear Sir,*

*   One of my node is goes to shutdown automatically with power cable loose
contact, after that in that node /home is not mounting ,it is  Failed to
mount  while booting. Then i have try to mount manually with using mount
command it is showing  **"cannot send after transport endpoint shutdown"** .
This home partition is using Lustre filesystems. Then again i have shutdown
and restarted  then*
*also same error is coming. Can anybody give a solution for this ........ *
