[Lustre-discuss] Configuration error

Hi,

I am new user of Lustre file system and have issue with configuration  after installation Lustre file system.
When tried  to configure ,I got error message,output is below:


LustreSLES11:/dev # mkfs.lustre --fsname=temp  --device-size=100000 --mgs --mdt /dev/sdb

   Permanent disk data:

Mount type: ldiskfs

checking for existing Lustre data: not found

mkfs.lustre: Unable to mount /dev/loop0: No such device
Is the ldiskfs module available?

mkfs.lustre FATAL: failed to write local files
mkfs.lustre: exiting with 19 (No such device)
LustreSLES11:/dev # 


Can anybody help me with this issue?
