Hi Vaibhav,

Theoretically, with Lustre, clients should work with within the same
major-release. But, a rule of thumb would be to keep the consistency of
releases two level up or down the server version. i.e, with server level of
2.4, you can have clients from 2.2 to 2.5. But, nothing is mandated. So,
better have the same version to be on the safer side.
