Yes, as the stripe count is 1

(there are 12 OSTs)? What if the stripesize 2 or higher? Will the distribution be exactly round robin over the listed OSTs?

It would be striped across 2 OST's in as balanced a way as possible. Not exactly round robin, more balanced (or attempted balanced as much as possible) depending on OST usage.

"lfs getstripe" is the command you're looking for.
