Is it possible to register as a changelog consumer on a lustre client?

# lctl --device clustre-MDT0000 changelog_register
No device found for name clustre-MDT0000: Invalid argument

So far, I've only gotten the registration to work on the MDS serving
the MDTs.

Thanks,
Kris
