[Lustre-discuss] Mounting OST causes kernel panic

All,

Ok, I have (mostly) recovered from all of my lustre servers kernel panicking when I tried to do an lfsck_start.
I have one OST which, whenever I mount it, causes a kernel panic on whatever server I mount it to.

After I reboot, it shows some quota errors when I run e2fsck and then cleans them up.
I can mount it as type ldiskfs and everything seems happy there.
As soon as it is mounted as type lustre, boom. Kernel panic.

Not sure if there is a preferred process to try and recover the data/OST. Any suggestions/recommendations would be appreciated.
