Can you tell me your output for:

yum info python-django-south

on one of your storage servers?

Also, are you running 4.0.0 or 4.0.1?

I installed the IML 4.0 on Centos 7.4.When i open IML GUI on Google Chrome browser,the node that installed IML report messages in the picture all the time.And it stays the adding server pages for  long time.  Could tell me everything is ok or not?
