I used below command.

 

[root at oss2 server_rpms]# rpmbuild --rebuild kernel-3.10.0-514.21.1.el7_lustre.src.rpm

You need to provide all command you used until now.

I am using RHEL 7.3 which has the kernel version “3.10.0-514.el7.x86_64”.

I have to build Lustre rpms from Lustre source rpm for the Lustre version 2.10.0.

Can you please send the procedure and link to rebuild the Lustre RPM from source RPM.
