I would certainly hope that it will be out in that timeframe. We are an advanced stage of testing RC2 ATM but, of course, until all testing is complete there is still a risk that we find something that requires investigation and means the dates will drift out. How short is shortly? I'm about to compile 2.10.4 but if it's here within 1-2 weeks then 2.10.5 should be what I use....

Yes, the link was correct at the time it was published, but it (and every similar link from past releases) is now obsolete since the Lustre development infrastructure was moved a couple of months ago. Anyone with an account can make corrections to the wiki but the website itself has only a couple of people with permissions so it really would depend on their inclination to make retroactive corrections like this. However, the good news is that 2.10.5 should be out shortly at that will have links that reflect the current reality.

returns 404 - no such project.
After some digging it seems the link should be:
