[lustre-discuss] lnet module not unloading

the lnetctl a " must have" package for lustre >=2.10.x  lnet dynamic
manipulations.
first fix the missing lnetctl, check why you dont have lnetctl.
second w/o lnetctl you cannot configure the network or routes.
