The module is not named "ptlrpcd", it is named "ptlrpc".

The "max_ptlrpcds" and "ptlrpcd_bind_policy" parameters are obsolete, you
should use "ptlrpcd_per_cpt_max" and "ptlrpcd_partner_group_size" instead.
