Dear All,

We like to enable user quota but not sure how to configure it. we would
seek your inputs to implement it without affecting the production
applications.

We have implemented lustre on MDS, OSS1 and OSS2 server. home and scratch
are the two file systems. /Home has an active quota and we like to have it
on /scratch too.
