thanks, i'll take a peek at it and see if i can pull it into my client for
some testing.

i did reach out to the networkmanager folks and it sounds like they are not
prioritizing label support with aliased IP addresses.

i'm not sure how common this situation is, so i'm not sure how much support
it'll get
