I also think I found a similar issue with the wiki page concerning the supported kernels for Lustre server version 2.15.6.


The wiki page https://wiki.lustre.org/Lustre_2.15.6_Changelog mentions that the kernel 4.18.0-553.5.1.el8_10 is supported with RHEL 8.10 while at the bottom of the same page, it is mentioned in the improvements section that:   [LU-18423] - kernel update [RHEL 8.10 4.18.0-553.27.1.el8_10].


Moreover the ChangeLog page associated with the 2.15.6 release https://github.com/lustre/lustre-release/blob/v2_15_6/lustre/ChangeLog also mentions that it is kernel version 4.18.0-553.27.1.el8 that is supported for server with RHEL 8.10, not 4.18.0-553.5.1.el8_10.


Could you also correct this page if it is incorrect ?

It looks like lustre/ChangeLog lists 2.2.15 and the builds are currently using 2.1.15, and there is a patch to fix a build problem for 2.2.3:
