RHEL 9.6 Beta is now available and current kernel version is: 
5.14.0-552.el9


Only tested build in a vm:
Lustre client 2.15.6 does not build.
Lustre client 2.16.1 build OK.
zfs-2.1.16 does not build.
zfs-2.2.7 build OK.
Lustre server (zfs) zfs-2.2.7 + lustre-2.16.1 build OK.
