[lustre-discuss] Lustre RoCE v2 traffic issue

It looks like that was added in commit v2_15_61-230-g4c809f7621 ("LU-12452 o2iblnd: allow setting IP ToS value (RoCE)") so it is not included in 2.15 and doesn't look like it has been backported.
