I find what was my problem, I see at bugid=14988

he find that you need to configure luster:

--with-o2ib=/usr/src/ofa_kerne.
Almost this bug was at lustre 1.6.4.2 it's look that at lustre 1.6.5.1 you also need to add the path for ofa_kerne,  
and if you not do it you get "general protection fault" whent you mount the luster.
So now we had diskless client, kernel 2.6.22.14 , OFED-1.3 and luster1.6.5.1. We mount via IB the lustre and it's look O.K.
