[Lustre-discuss] quotacheck blows up MDT

I had quota working on 1.6.6 with that patch.

I assumed that this patch would be landed in 1.6.7 and 1.6.7.1. I didn't 
realize that the patch got landed only in 1.6.8 and 1.8.0.

I will try applying this patch again to see if this fixes the problem.
