Hi Steve,

so far as I can tell, your kernel module doesn't match your kernel.
Your kernel version is 2.6.18-92.el5 (obsolete, you should upgrade),
while the module is for 2.6.18-128.1.14.el5 (the kernel for which is
obsolete since friday, too, I believe ;-)

You should try and obtain matching kernel and kernel modules and see how
that goes.
