[Lustre-discuss] proc/sys/lnet files

Hi,
I want to log all lustre events by syslog daemon to /var/log/messages   .
In lustre manual It says Debug can be  controlled by masks in /proc/sys/lnet/subsystem_debug and /proc/sys/lnet/debug.

But I didn't any of these files.  What can be the issue?

#uname -a
Linux OSS2 2.6.18-53.1.14.el5_lustre.1.6.5.1smp #1 SMP Thu Jun 26 01:38:50 EDT 2008 i686 athlon i386 GNU/Linux
