Looks like you either didn't rebuild the ldiskfs module, or you forgot to reload the Lustre modules before starting again.  You can use "lustre_rmmod" to remove all of the Lustre modules.  If you rebooted, or did this already, and this error is still present then it looks like you somehow didn't build the modules correctly.
