Yes, but only patchless client. Server-side support should come with 1.8.5
since it will support SLES11 SP1 which is based on 2.6.32.
That being said, even for client-side support, i would recommend to wait
until 1.8.5 since some important bugs (e.g. 23118) related to newer kernel
support have been fixed recently.
