[Lustre-discuss] Lustre locking

Hi everybody,

I have successfully installed lustre filesystem (version 2.0) on a
virtuabox environment in order to make some test for a university project
that I am following.

I have found all kinds of information on lustre but it seems that I cannot
find something about lustre locking mechanism.

Also, are there some locking parameters that can be tuned or modified?

Finally, could you recommend me some tools in order to make some tests on
locking rate on lustre?

I have no goals in particular except having lustre functioning clear and
run some useful tests.
