It is virtually impossible to provide any useful feedback to a question
like this.  You don't provide any information about your system
configuration, what kind of IO is being done, what you have tried so
far, etc.

You are far more likely to get useful feedback if you have shown at
least that you have done some basic research yourself before asking
someone else to do this for you.
