[lustre-discuss] Lustre writing is not happening

Hi
I have newly installed Lustre 2.8 (2 MDSs and 2 OSSs) and I have mounted it on a client.
It is working fine while mounting and also I can create directories in the mount point /lstage.
But when I write something to it even just touch new_file, it hangs and takes long time. 
I even tried with vi new_file but it hangs when I type something and hit :wq.

Any suggestion? Am I doing anything wrong here?
