[lustre-discuss] TR: Lustre Error

The first error is non-critical (qos_threshold) and is probably an artifact
of an upgrade, this can be fixed by updating the params to reflect the
correct qos_threshold config name.

The second error is a result of SELinux context permissions can be be
addressed by disabling selinux.
