[lustre-discuss] 'lfs check' not runnable in 2.10 by non-root users

There was a thread a couple weeks back about users no longer being able 
to run 'lfs check *' in 2.10 clients, but there was no resolution to it.

This is becoming an issue at our site as well now. Is this "feature" 
that only root can run 'lfs check ...' by design or something that can 
be fixed?
