has anyone compiled the lustre client against rhel kernel 3.10.0-1062.
i've tried 2.10.8 and 2.12.2, but both error out with

lnet/klnds/o2iblnd/o2iblnd.h:69:27: fatal error: linux/pci-dma.h: no
such file or directory

which indeed true, the pci-dma.h file doesn't exist in /usr/include
nor can i find it listed in any rpm with a yum search

there's a lustre bug related, but it says it was fixed in 2.5.0
