3.10.0-1062 looks like rhel/centos 7.7. I can tell that in CentOS 7.6
there is no /usr/include/linux/pci-dma.h (from
kernel-headers-3.10.0-957.12.2.el7.x86_64.rpm)
but there is a
/usr/src/kernels/3.10.0-957.12.2.el7.x86_64/include/linux/pci-dma.h
(from kernel-devel-3.10.0-957.12.2.el7.x86_64)
may be you need to install the kernel-devel package.
