[lustre-discuss] tgt grant error ..

I _think_ that the proposed fix for LU-13766 came from Vladimir under LU-12687.  Is there a different proposed patch from Whamcloud?

It seems that we all do have other non-direct IO grant problems to sort out.  I guess I’m kinda fishing to see if there is another grant patch out there.
